All contact deformat,ion is calculated in one formula obtained from the point matching model. The distribution of contact pressure between rolls and the strip thickness after rolling are computed with iteration method. The influence of the strip elastic deformation is considered in all above calculation. It is the theory foundation of further study on HC mill.

本文采用整体模型与分割模型相结合的方法计算HC轧机的辊系变形。采用整体模型并利用功的互等定理和积分方法计算弯曲和剪切变形;采用分割模型的影响函数法导出辊系接触变形计算的统一表达式;考虑轧件弹性变形对出口板厚分布的影响;利用迭代法计算辊间接触压力分布和出口板厚分布。为进一步研究HC轧机提供了理论基础。

HC轧机利用中间辊的轴向移动,改善了工作辊受力状态,减少了工作辊的弯曲,增大了板形控制能力,但轧辊边部的接触压力剧增,加重了轧辊的磨损,严重时会产生辊面刻痕或中间辊辊身部分剥落。本文通过对HC轧机辊间接触压力的理论分析,提出降低辊身边部接触压力值和提高轧辊寿命的措施。

In this connection, a lot of studies and experiments have been made on the optimization of the edge curve of backup roll body.The results we obtained prove that the power function curve can not only improve the service life of the backup roll but also benefit the profile and shape control of hot rolled strip.

为解决PC热带钢连轧机辊间接触载荷不均易造成支撑辊辊面提前损坏的问题 ,对支撑辊肩部辊形进行了优化设计。经试验验证 ,采用幂函数的辊形优化曲线可提高支撑辊使用寿命 ,并有利于板凸度和板形控制。
