ADSP21060 is one of the digital signal processors that are widely used in many real-time signal processing systems. In image signal processing, the system demands large and fast memories. SDRAM possesses high speed and larger capacities, but the ADSP21060 cannot directly interface with SDRAM due to the difference between interface control signals. Based on complex programmable logic device (CPLD) design method, a hardware interface design between ADSP21060 and SDRAM for high-speed data access is proposed. Used in ADSP21060 off-chip memory extension, the interface circuit realizes large capacities data access.

ADSP21060是广泛应用于实时信号处理系统中的数字信号处理器。对于图像信号的处理,数字信号处理系统要求具有大容量的存储器。SDRAM具有高速和大容量的特点,但是ADSP21060其接口与SDRAM不兼容。在ADSP21060的外存储器扩展中,本文基下CPLD设计力法,给出了所实现的ADSP21060与SDRAM之间的接口电路设计。

A large amount of data or image-data needs to be stored in high-speed large-capacity data acquisition systems. A kind of special-purpose storing equipment with the high-speed hard disk based on FPGA is discussed. This system can operate either off-line or on-line and can store large amount of data in real time in the IDE hard disk. The structure and design of this equipment are also presented in this paper.

在高速大容量图像、数据采集系统中,需要对采集的大量数据进行实时存储。文中介绍了一种专用的以FPGA控制的高速硬盘存储设备及其系统结构和设计方法。可以在脱离计算机操作平台或者通过USB接口与计算机操作平台相连接的情况下,实时地将高速数据存入IDE硬盘。

In the application development of the MCS96 single chip computer,we often need Large-capacity data RAM. Aiming at the disadvantage of a way to extend Large-capacity external RAM with segment management this article gives improvement with FPGA so as to apply that way to realtime system.

在MCS96系列单片机的应用开发中,经常会遇到需要大容量的数据存储器的情况,本文针对一种段式管理的大容量数据存贮器扩展技术存在的缺点,提出了采用FPGA来改进设计的方法,从而使得段式管理的扩展技术能够应用于实时系统。
