简要回顾了我国甲醇工业发展过程及 90年代起落的情况 ,指出目前绝大部分甲醇装置没有利润、亏损、停产和减产的原因在于产品成本的制约、国内外竞争压力、经济环境与市场变化。建议发展单系列大型化甲醇装置 ,重现液相合成工艺的研究 ,以充分的天然气、煤层气等资源为保证 ,发展甲醇燃料、电池及羰基化合成等技术来培养消费市场 ,以促进甲醇工业的发展

The progress in the investigation of carbonylation synthesis for acetic acid and its anhydride is reviewed in this paper.A new generation of carbonylation catalysts in liquid or heterogeneous phase,i.e.the polydentate quaternary hetero bound rhodium complex catalysts for the carbonylation synthesis developed by the author and his co workers,and the advantages of this kind of catalysts,as well as its technology are presented also here simultaneously.

介绍了国内外醋酸和醋酐羰基合成的研究进展以及作者及其共同工作者所开发的新一代包括均相和多相催化剂在内的液相羰基合成催化剂——多齿季盐及杂键合型铑离子配合物催化剂及其工艺的特点

The reason above losting activity of Rh catlyst for carbonylation synthesis in low pressure is indicated. New method of removing poison of Rh catlyst by the solution washing is introduced in order to improve the activity and the service life.

对低压羰基合成铑催化剂的活性及失活原因进行了分析 ,介绍了铑催化剂溶液洗涤脱除毒物 ,提高活性 ,延长使用寿命的新方法
