To solve this problem, it is necessary for Chinese teachers to change their traditional teaching outlook as soon as possible. On the one hand, we have to, meanwhile, make atmosphere better for the formation of good affection in our oral communication teaching ; on the other hand, we should try our best to create appropriate condition to enhance the factor of affection.

新的语文课程标准在口语交际方面对传统听说教学做了重大调整,然而,目前中学语文口语交际教学仍存在比较突出的情感缺失问题,它已直接影响到口语交际教学目标的实现,影响学生良好情感素质的养成及人格培养。为解决这一问题,需要语文教师在口语交际教学上尽快转变观念,一方面要积极创造良好情感的外部环境,另一方面要努力创设重视情感的最佳情境条件。

The most suitable comment on the New Course Standard for Chinese is that it inherits tradition and strives for creation and innovation.This paper,expounds the comment from two aspects.Firstly,it directly inherits the experience of the traditional teaching of Chinese.The traditional teaching idea of Chinese is permeated in many parts such as the literacy teaching which focuses on literacy;the reading teaching which stresses skillful reading,careful thinking and extensive reading;and writing teaching which advocates more writing practice and revising,releasing and accepting for transforming.The course object of New Course Standard for Chinese,which is full of the innovative theories and the flavor of modern life,is permeated with the efficient teaching concept of traditional teaching of Chinese.Secondly,it establishes two main course objects,namely,Oral Communication and Comprehensive Learning,based on the reference of the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional teaching of Chinese.It is,for sure,a great innovation.However,it doesn't forsake the traditional prime,such as the principle of proceeding step by step in "oral communication" teaching and the practical spirit in the learning pattern of "comprehensive learning."

继承传统,开拓创新,应是对语文新课标最恰当的评价。该文从两方面论述了它的表现:一是对传统语文教学经验的直接继承,如集中识字的识字教学,熟读、精思、博览的阅读教学,多写多改、讲“放收”求“脱变”的写作教学,充满改革理念和时代生活气息的《语文标准》的课程目标,就渗透着这行之有效的传统语文教育思想。二是通过对传统语文教育中存在的问题和弊端的借鉴,从而确立了“口语交际”、“综合性学习”两大课程目标,这本身就是一种创新;然而,它也没有抛弃传统,如“口语交际”教学中的循序渐进原则,“综合性学习”学习方式中的实践性精神。
