Results show that the influence of heavy metals on soil enzymatic activity relating to the overall biological activity and P transformation in soil is less than that relating to C and N transformation. Based on a simulation study, the influence of various dosages of heavy metals Hg, Cd and Pb on activity of catalase, invertase, urease and phosphatase in brown earth, and krasnozem with different levels of fertility is discussed in this paper. Results show that the influence of heavy metals on soil enzymatic activity relating to the overall biological activity and P transformation in soil is less than that relating to C and N transformation. In general, the inhibition effect of heavy metals on soil enzymes increases with increasing concentration of metals and decreases in the order of Hg>Cd>Pb. Hg has the most - significant inhibition effect on urease activity in all tested soils, and this effect increases obviously with increasing Hg content. The Hg inhibition rate of urease in brown earth is less than that in krasnozem, and that in soils with higher level of fertility is less than that in soils with lower level of fertility. The inhibition effect of heavy metal on soil enzymatic activity is, however, temporary. Within a period of time, the activity will be restored to a certain extent. But, the restoration of urease activity is less and slower. It is suggested that the activity of soil urease may be used as an index of Hg pollution in soil.

Hg pollution of soil and plant is increasingly significant with increase in acid precipitation in the investigated area Meanwhile, contents of Hg in groundwater and milk were elevated. Addition of coal cinder for neutralizing soil acidity increased soil Hg content by 3-4 times.

The rate of Hg absorption of silica-gel pipe was in positive proportion to its length.5. The effect of humidity on observed Hg value was below 20%. Finally, the optimized observational conditions were given.

本文通过实验及机理的分析研究表明:1.测汞仪气路中硅胶管对汞的吸附水平受其本身温度的影响。温度升高,吸附汞的能力下降,释放其吸附汞的速度加快。在一定的温度下,硅胶管存在一个管内吸附汞与通过其中的气体中汞的释放和吸附的动平衡;2.观测室温度的变化,除通过影响仪器气路(如硅胶管等)的温度进而影响观测结果外,主要是影响观测室内壁汞进入空气的量,而影响空气汞本底,严重时可引起本底值发生数十倍的变化;3.观测室温度对汞测值有影响,其大小与温度变化成正比,其显著性依赖于气路及观测室环境的汞污染的程度;4.气路中硅胶管对汞气的吸附率与其长度呈正相关;5.湿度对汞测值影响在20%以内。 最后给出了克服各种干扰因素的方法及其与其它测项不同的对观测条件的具体要求。
