Measurement of guantity Primary and Seeondary element on iron orc with XRF melting glass plate is presented. Specimen with Li2B4O7 as flux, NaNO3 as oxidizer, thrrough high temperature melting made of melting glass plate, is analysed quantity used by XRF method. After high temperatural melting the metal element in specimen enter into melting glass plate with salt H2B4O7, nonmetal element as high value salt contained oxygen. The effect of size is eliminated, and the effects of mineral deposit and base cecreased too. Working curve is draw with experimental factor metod. Experimental results show that the method obtained analyses result is exacted and relizble.

试验了XRF玻璃融片法测定铁矿石中主次量元素。试样以Li2B4O7为熔剂、以NaNO3为氧化剂,经过高温熔融制成玻璃融片,用XRF法进行定量分析。经高温熔融后,试样中的金属元素以四硼酸盐、非金属元素以高价含氧酸盐的形式进入玻璃融片中,粒度效应的影响基本消除,矿物效应、基体效应的影响也大大降低。工作曲线的绘制采用经验系数法。大量试验结果表明,该方法分析结果准确可靠。
