Results: There are overlap and knowledge blank among the various branches of morphology. Lack of link and coordination among the teaching in various courses was found. Teaching and research on amitosis and histodynamics were sparse. Conclusion:Human morphological teaching must be innovated. The construction of united textbook of medical morphology based on the organic combination of the various branches of medical morphology with the histodynamics theory was the key to innovate the human morphological teaching.

Objective To evaluate PACS (p icture archiving and communication systems) in the teaching of medical imaging. Methods Large screen multimedia reading room and electronic study room were built with GE PACS and Angel RIS(radiology information system)and end-term picture-word work-station. Pictures and words of PACS were unloaded directly for teaching and teaching image bank and test image bank. Results Large screen multimedia reading room, classroom, and electronic study room were built successfully. Valuable information of nearly 5 000 patients in the teaching imaging bank of PACS was accumulated. Classic medical imaging teaching mode was changed. Real-time and multi-mode teaching were realized, and teaching effect was greatly improved. The PACS-based teaching mode was accepted pleasantly by students. Conclusion PACS is very useful to improve the teaching quality of medical imaging and it is worth to popularize.

目的 评价医学影像存档与通讯系统 (picturearchivingandcommunicationsystems ,PACS)在医学影像诊断教学中的应用价值。方法 利用GEPACS和天助公司的放射信息管理系统 (radiologyinformationsystem ,RIS)、终端图文工作站等硬件、软件配置 ,构建大屏幕多媒体阅片室 ,设置典型影像教学片库 ,开辟电子学习室 ,直接从PACS调取图像制作多媒体幻灯教学课件和制备考试题库。结果 成功完成了各项构建 ,在PACS设置的教学分类片库中积累了有价值的影像资料近 50 0 0例 ,改变了传统的影像教学方法 ,实现了影像教学的实时化、多样化 ,在影像诊断教学和实习中获得一致好评 ,提高了教学质量。结论 PACS有利于提高医学影像诊断学的教学质量 ,值得完善和推广。
