The combustion characteristics of water-in-oil emulsion droplet and the effects of environment condition and contents of water in the emulsion on the micro-explosion are investigated by analyzing the heat and mass transport processes in the gas phase, the heating processes of droplet and the gasification of oil at the gas-liquid interface. The combustion characteristics of water-in-oil emulsion droplet and the effects of environment condition and contents of water in the emulsion on the micro-explosion are investigated by analyzing the heat and mass transport processes in the gas phase, the heating processes of droplet and the gasification of oil at the gas-liquid interface. The optimum conditions of micro-explosion are determined. Results show that the burning rates are increased due to micro-explosion of droplet, thus reducing total time of droplet burning. The adiabatic flame tempereture and the tempereture at the droplet surface are lowered because of the presence of water in the droplets. The liquid phase cracking reactions and the formations of earboneeous particules are suppressed. Both NOx and SOx emissions are reduced. It is further indicated that the rises in ambient tempereture and pressure and full-oxygen burning are of benefit to micro-explosion of the droplet. The certain difference of boiling point between oil and water is the necessary condition of micro-explosion. The suitable content of water in the emulsions is 10% wt to 30% wt.

A new design method of three-stage quenching reactor under pressure has been proposed in this paper.On the basis of the intrinsic kinetic data of the water-gas shift reaction on B109 catalyst under atmospheric pressure,and from the access of the mathematical model describing the intraparticle mass-transport process in the industrial catalyst pellet,a mathematical model describing the three- stage quenching reactor under pressure has been established,and,therefore,the design method for the water-gas shift reactors became completed.The results of simulation for the performance data of field operation revealed the validity of the present model.

本文提出了三段水冷激加压中温变换炉的新型设计方法。该方法是在仅获得B109中温变换催化剂常压本征动力学实验数据的基础上,评价了描述工业颗粒催化剂内传质过程的数学模型,从而建立了描述三段加压中变炉的数学模型,进而成功地完成了加压中变炉的设计工作。经用该数学模型对加压中变炉投产后所获得的操作工况数据进行模拟计算的结果表明:用于模拟变换炉设计的数学模型是适用的。本工作不仅为应用数学模拟法完成工业变换炉设计提供了一个实际例子,而且其成果对缩短工业催化剂动力学研究以及从动力学研究到工业反应器设计、放大的周期具有现实的经济意义和一定的理论意义。
