This article analysed the CT findings of 70 cases of the troracic and lumbar spinal fractures with paraplegia. The three -column spinal concept and the pathogenic mechanism of the trauma were described. The value of CT examination in classfication of spinal fracture, judgment of spinal instability and selection of the operative model were discussed.

Objective:In order to compare the value of X—ray film and CT scanning in diagnosis of spinal fracture. Methods: X—ray and CT charecteristic findings of 46 cases with spinal fracture in our hospital from 1993 to 1995.were analysed, There were 30 males and 16 females, age ranging 22~80 years. Results: We found that it is easy to get definite diagnosis with X—ray film in case of simple fiexional compressive, complete and partial dislocation of spine vertebrae, while in distinguishing the type of fracture,X—ray...

Objective:In order to compare the value of X—ray film and CT scanning in diagnosis of spinal fracture. Methods: X—ray and CT charecteristic findings of 46 cases with spinal fracture in our hospital from 1993 to 1995.were analysed, There were 30 males and 16 females, age ranging 22~80 years. Results: We found that it is easy to get definite diagnosis with X—ray film in case of simple fiexional compressive, complete and partial dislocation of spine vertebrae, while in distinguishing the type of fracture,X—ray film might mistake or led to misdiagnosis,the total diagnostic corresponding rate was 81.6%. The CT scanning had much advantage in determineing definite location and type of fracture, migration of bone chips in spinal canal,narrowing of spinal canal, and multiple fracture of lumbar body and its appendixes. The rate of the fractre pieces ruptured in varying degrees from the posterior border of vertebral body into the vertebral canal was 48% and it was related to the type of fracture. The diagnostic corresponding rate of CT was 98.6%. Conclusion:the X—ray film combine with CT is very useful in improving the correct diagnostic rate of spinal frature in clinic.

目的:比较X线摄片和CT扫描在脊柱骨折中的应用价值。方法:分析了我院1993~1995年46例脊柱骨折者的X线和CT表现,男30例,女16例,年龄22~80岁。结果:X线摄片和CT扫描发现,X线片对脊柱单纯屈曲压缩型骨折、椎体脱位、半脱位容易确诊,而对某些类型骨折较易误诊和漏诊,诊断符合率81.6%。CT扫描可显示骨折部位、类型、骨折片的移位以及骨折片突入椎管,椎管狭窄,还能显示多节段椎体骨折和附件骨折。椎体骨折均为粉碎性。椎体后缘骨折片不同程度突入椎管,占48%,与椎体骨折类型有关。CT扫描诊断符合率达98.6%。结论:在脊柱损伤的诊断中必须X线摄片和CT扫描相结合才能提高脊柱损伤的诊断水平。

目的:为进一步认识脊柱骨折的CT影像诊断,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:对84例脊柱外伤病例进行临床、X线片及CT分析。男性65例,女性19例,年龄17~69岁。结果:CT检查能准确揭示其骨折部位,骨折类型,脊柱三柱结构,特别是椎管狭窄及椎管横截面积与骨片对神经根和脊髓的压迫影像。结论:通过CT影像来判断手术治疗的适应证,同时证明CT检查为重要谦宜的首选方法
