In this paper, a new Colored Non-autonomous Petri Net(CNPN) method developed on classical PN theory is put forward. It enables the modeling of dispatching and commanding process of urban fire-fighting for simulation study. Through simulation on practical example, the decision rules for fire alarm grade and dispatching of fire trucks are analyzed.

指出城市火灾扑救与调度指挥过程具有不确定性、复杂性与高性能要求。在此基础上,依据仿人智能控制的思想,初步建立了适用于城市火灾扑救与调度指挥过程的智能控制方法,并通过实例,对上海市真如消防中队扑救居民火灾情况进行了仿真分析,验证了这一方法的可行性.

In this paper, the systematical analysis has been completed involving features on urban fire-fighting and dispatching process. Thereby, a kind of Non-autonomous Colored Petri Net method is developed to set up the corresponding simulation model. Meanwhile, the simulation strategy has also been given out.

该文对城市火灾扑救与调度指挥过程特点进行了系统分析 ,发展了一类非自主有色Petri网方法 ,并建立了相应的城市火灾扑救与调度指挥过程仿真模型与仿真策略。
