Rayleigh wave prospecting is a new geophysical method which uses Rayleigh waves as effective waves for seismic prospecting from zero to tens of meters. Its line length—penetration depth ratio can be as high as 1: 20, that is 1 to 2 meter line length configuration can provide a penetration depth of 30 to 40 meters. So, it fully meets the requirements for advance detection in dead ends. This method originally designed to surface use has been moved in underground mines, and proved successfull for detecting faults, goafs and washouts. No doubt, it is a brand—new geophysical method for advance detection in dead ends in coal mines, and will play an important role in safe excavation and coal production.

迄今,用于煤矿井下独头巷道超前勘探的有效手段寥寥无几。常规的钻探方法费工、费时、效率很低,而且有引起突水的危险。瑞雷波勘探方法是一种使用瑞雷面波作为有效波进行零到几十米范围内地震勘探的新型物探方法。它的测线基距与勘探深度的比值可以达到1∶20以上,即1~2m的测线布置,勘探深度可达30~40m以上。完全适用于独头巷道超前勘探的需要。把这样一种地面地质勘探的方法技术移植到井下,在煤巷、岩巷中进行超前探测断层、空巷、冲刷带的试验并获得成功,无疑为煤矿井下独头巷道的超前探测开创了一种全新的物探手段,必将在煤矿的安全掘进和生产方面发挥重要作用。

During the Eighth Five-Year Plan,four oilfields(Cainan,Shixi,Mabei,and Xiaoguai)and one oil pool(in the southern District No.5) were discovered in Junggar basin,exceeding the plan of oil/gas reserves increase in the Eighth Five-Year Plan.These results benefit from the implementation of stratigies in oil industry″to maintain the oil production in the east and develop oil resources in the west″and″take equal efforts in oil and gas development″,along with new theories on petroleum exploration and advanced exploration techniques.During the Ninth Five-Year Plan,more efforts should be taken in the hinterland of the basin and attempts to new discoveries in the slope zone of northwestern basin continue.Goaling at better economic efficiency,oil and gas develop simultaneously for new discoveries in the eastern basin and eastern slope of Changji sag.Medium-to small-size basins in its periphery continue to be under survey,foredeep steep structures and deep drilling techniques should be deeply understood.These areas are expected to be new objectives of interest for exploration.Basin simulation,trap description and reservoir delineation techniques are used more and structures of reservoirs sequence improved so as to obtain a benign circulation of petroleum exploration.

“八五”期间,在准噶尔盆地先后发现了彩南、石西、玛北、小拐等4个油气田和五区南油气藏,超额完成了“八五”计划所规定的油气储量增长任务。这些成绩是由于认真贯彻了“稳定东部,发展西部”、“油气并举”的石油工业工作方针,以新的油气勘探理论为依据,以先进的油气勘探技术为手段取得的。“九五”期间盆地的油气勘探应以盆地腹部为重点,继续深化西北缘斜坡区的勘探;以经济效益为中心,油气并举,力争在准东、昌吉凹陷东斜坡有新的发现;继续探查外围中小型盆地,攻克山前陡构造和深部钻探技术,为油气勘探准备新的接替区;应用盆地模拟、圈闭描述、油藏描述等三大评阶技术,不断改善资源储量序列结构,使油气勘探步入良性循环轨道。

These achievements benifit by proper imple-mentation of the strategies in China' s petroleum industry "to maintain the production in the east and develop the resource in the west" as well as devoting major efforts to developing new and advanced technologies on petroleum exploration. In order to keep these situations continuously, it is necessary to strengthen exploration in the western areas during the period of the Ninth Five-Year Plan, along with making new prospecting in the eastern area, developing new and advanced exploration techniques, increasing exploratory investment of the west to reach 30% of the total amount in China' s petroleum industry, and intensifying and improving management structures in petroleum exploration.

“八五”以来,我国西部地区油气勘探取得了重大突破,先后在准噶尔、塔甲木、吐哈、陕甘宁盆地发现了一批高产大、中型油气田;在渤海湾滩海地区也发现并探明了一批大、中型油田,这是由于正确地实施了“稳定东部,发展西部”的战略和大力发展高新技术所取得的成果.为持续稳定发展我国石油工业,“九五”期间应继续加强西部地区的油气勘探,同时开展东部新区勘探;大力发展油气勘探新技术;增加勘探投资,使其达到石油工业总投资的30%;加强、改善勘探管理机构.
