本文介绍了我们研制的新型轻便自动输液装置.它不需要电能和压缩气体能,仅利用虹吸再气化原理,靠低温液体气化后体积膨胀数百倍而产生的压力来输送液体.装置全重2.5kg结构简单轻巧,主要工作部分为三个气动单向阀和一个气化室系统.该装置已成功地用于低温物理,低温电子学和红外技术的实验中,小规模地从杜瓦容器向实验装置输送液氮、液氦和液空.一次驱动,便能自动输送5—10升液体;根据需要,还可循环驱动以输送更多的液体.

In this paper, we discuss the principle of temperature measurement by infrared technique and make a brief description of the working principle of GKDH-A. It is concerned with the measurement of cutting temperature. Methods of focussing and temperature graduation have been explained in detail. Finally, an analysis of the results and a discussion of some problems of the test are given.

本文扼要地介绍了红外测温原理;详细介绍了我们研制的GKDH-A型红外测温仪的工作原理及特点;并叙述了试验中解决定焦和定度问题的方法,以及如何测得刀具表面温度的措施。最后分析了试验结果,并对若干重要问题进行了讨论。

The measurement of droplet surface temperature with infrared technique is presented. By analysing the radiation characteristic and the transmission spectrum of liquid, it is found that the infrared radiation of a droplet comes from its surface. Using the relative calibration method, the effects of droplet emissivity and the enviconment are eliminated. The experimental result shows that the temperature at droplet surface differs from that inside the droplet.

本文介绍用红外技术测量微小液滴表面温度的方法。通过对液体辐射特性和光谱透射特性的分析,确定测得的液滴红外辐射是由液滴表面发射的。用比较定标的方法消除了液滴发射率及环境对测试结果的影响。实验结果表明液滴表面温度与液滴内部温度不相同。
