主要研究纳米级羟基磷灰石(Nano-HAP)在牙膏中的应用。通过抑菌试验与再矿化试验,分别研究其抗菌效果和对人工龋的再矿化效果。结果表明,纳米级羟基磷灰石(Nano-HAP)质量分数为5%时具有非常显著的抑制变形链球菌生长作用(P<0.01),含纳米级羟基磷灰石(Nano-HAP)质量分数为5%的牙膏对人工龋进行再矿化10 d后,牙釉质的显微硬度值得到非常显著的提高(P<0.01),对牙齿脱矿区有较好的再矿化作用。含纳米级羟基磷灰石(Nano-HAP)质量分数为5%的牙膏具有防龋效果。
