Caries model was successfully produced in Sprague Dawley gnotobiotic rats by using S.mutans Ingbritt.Rats were fed by tea water with different fluoride concentration (0.023, 0.042,0.056mmol/L) and 0.053mmol/L sodium fluoride was as used positive control and 0.021 mmol/L sodium fluoride as negative control.Keyes caries scores were observed under dissecting microscope.The anticaries and remineralization effect of tea was observed by electron scanning microscope and energy spectrum. Significantly lower caries scores were observed in the rats fed by green tea water(P<0.01) and the remineralization of enamel caries region was also observed.

目的 采用氟与微量元素联合配制成以钙、磷为基础 ,含有氟和微量元素的矿化液 ,探讨该矿化液对致龋毒力因子——变形链球菌和远缘链球菌的胞外葡糖基转移酶 (GTF)和乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH )的影响。方法 选用国际标准菌株 ATCC S.mutans 2 5 175和 S.Sobrinus6 715为实验菌侏 ,采用厌氧菌的连续培养技术培养细菌 ,用微量酶化学分析方法检测矿化液对 GTF和 L DH酶活性的影响 ,用菌液的吸光度(ABS)来描述。结果 无氟矿化液对 GTF酶活性无明显的抑制作用 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,而含氟矿化液和氟微量元素矿化液对 GTF酶活性有明显抑制作用 (P<0 .0 1) ,两两比较 ,尤以氟微量元素矿化液的作用最强 ;氟微量元素矿化液对 L DH酶活性具有明显的抑制作用 (P<0 .0 1) ,而无氟矿化液和含氟矿化液对其无明显的统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 氟微量元素矿化液比单氟矿化液具有更好的抑制致龋毒力因子 GTF和L DH酶活性的作用。提示氟与微量元素的联合应用 ,是其有效的防龋途径之一 ,同时在调节菌斑生态平衡中起重要作用。
