The cured strain was transformed by pBH33 and mercuric resistant ability was recovered.

The exposure doses were estimated by the fre-quency of chromosome aberration. Biological dose absorbed by the boy who stole the sou-rce was about 96~128 mGy. (physical dose abous 120 mGy), the others were about10~30 mGy (physical dose about 10~30 mGy). The results indicated that biologicaldoseswere quite approximate to the physical doses. One and half years after the accident, the analysis of stable chromosome aberrationsfor 14 exposed persons showed that the frequencies of chromosome aberraiions of theirradiated individuals still were higher than those of the controls. The differences betweenthem are very significant.

新疆喀什地区巴仁乡1987年共发生肠道传播非甲非乙肝炎(ET-NANBH)556例,发病率为2.88%;男性发病率高于女性(3.38%对2.38%,p<0.01)。20~29岁年龄组发病率最高(6.45%),10岁以下儿童发病率最低(0.46%)。病例对照条件 Logiscic 回归分析结果表明,外出吃饭以及家庭内肝炎接触史为 ET-NANBH 的主要传播因素,OR 分别为10.05和17.83;外出吃的食物中水果危险度最大,OR 为6.69。因此,搞好巴扎上的食品卫生管理是防止 ET-NANBH 传播的重要措施。
