     An algorithm of small moving target detection in infrared image sequences is presented based on image flow analysis method. The image is preprocessed using two step separation method to pick out a small quantity of possible moving targets. The motion constraint equation of the targets is set up according to the image flow model.
     提出一种利用图像流分析法对红外序列图像中的运动小目标进行检测的算法.首先利用两步分离法对图像进行预处理,筛选出少量的侯选运动目标,然后利用图像流模型建立目标的运动约束方程,在多帧连续图像中检测出真正的目标运动轨迹.实验结果表明,该算法能够对小目标甚至是点目标的运动进行可靠检测.

Because singe motion target can not be generally selected from the detected changes if there is noly F-test, the techniques of clustering analysis and filling holes are also designed, which can make the target loss and false alarm appronch to zerr. The experimental results made with the television-and infrared image sequences fully show the validity and compatibility of the technique route and key techniques proposed.

本文利用最小二乘法导出了图像局部灰值分布的二元二次多项式系数的最佳估计量,并且把剩余成份看成零均值白噪声,由此建立了二次型模型,它是对局部灰值分布的最好逼近.为了从图像序列中检测帧间变化,基于二次型模型导出了服从F(n+3,2n-12)分布的统计假设检验模型,其中n为检测窗内的象素数目.因为只有F检验一般还不能够从变化检测中选择出运动目标,本文利用专门设计的聚类分析和补空洞技术,能使目标损失和虚警趋近于零.对于可见光和红外图像序列的实验结果充分说明了所建立的技术路线及其关键技术的有效性和兼容性.

In this paper it is presented to resolve the dithering infrared target detection problem under the condition of low SNR.Accumulation of multiframes is often adopted in low SNR infrared target detection,but for dithering low SNR target, this simple accumulation scheme maybe degrade greatly.In this paper, detection algorithm based on dilation before accumulation of multiframes and track before detection is proposed. The dilation operation enables the energy of the same target in different frames to accumulate effectively dispite of the dithering of target, thus we can reach the aim of enhencing the target.The false alarm candidates are removed in the procedure of track before detection.A preprocessing algorithm using wavelet transform is also adopted to remove the correlation of 1/f noise. At the end of this paper, the whole algorithm is simulated with infrared image sequence.A high performance is obtained and the experimental result indicates that the algorithm can effectively detect the target with SNR=2.

本文为解决低信噪比条件下抖动红外点目标的检测问题,提出了一种基于膨胀累加、检测前跟踪的检测算法。该算法运用膨胀累加方法能够消除抖动对多帧累加算法的不利影响,使目标能量仍然能够实现有效的积累,从而达到目标增强的目的。本文还采用了小波变换预处理方法,对图象中相关的1/f噪声进行白化。模拟实验结果表明,该算法能够快速检测出信噪比为2抖动点目标。

An algorithm of small moving target detection in infrared image sequences is presented based on image flow analysis method. The image is preprocessed using two step separation method to pick out a small quantity of possible moving targets. The motion constraint equation of the targets is set up according to the image flow model. By use of the model, the true target motion trajectory is detected in multi frame successive image. The experiment results indicate that the algorithm can reliably detect small target motion, even point target one.

提出一种利用图像流分析法对红外序列图像中的运动小目标进行检测的算法.首先利用两步分离法对图像进行预处理,筛选出少量的侯选运动目标,然后利用图像流模型建立目标的运动约束方程,在多帧连续图像中检测出真正的目标运动轨迹.实验结果表明,该算法能够对小目标甚至是点目标的运动进行可靠检测.
