The results showed that the thymocytes had no responsibility to PHA or allogenic non-T cells alone. But in the presence of autologous bone marrow cells or allogenic non-T cells,PHA could induce the thymocytes to proliferate strongly. It was demonstrated that the human embryo thymocytes were activated and proliferated in the presense of two signals from PHA and non-T cells.

本文研究人胚胎胸腺细胞对PHA的反应性,水囊引产获得21—32周妊娠的的胚胎,制备胸腺和骨髓细胞悬液并进行体外培养,以PHA作为有丝分裂原。结果表明胸腺细胞本身对PHA或同种异型非T细胞均无明显反应能力。当培养中有自身骨髓细胞或同种异型非T细胞存在时,PHA就能诱导胸腺细胞发生显著的增殖。这说明胚胎胸腺细胞只有在PHA和非T细胞两者提供的双重信号作用下才能被激活发生增殖。

在兔股骨髌股关节面上造成软骨缺损,采用同种异体骨基质海绵吸附自体骨髓细胞移植,分期取材.通过肉眼、光镜、电镜观察软骨修复过程中的组织学形态.结果显示骨髓细胞在关节腔内血供差、低氧压及滑液的环境中具有较好的成软骨作用.认为自体骨髓细胞来源充足、易采取,创伤小,无不良并发症,无排斥反应.有可能成为一种修复关节软骨缺损的新途径.
