The regressing normal testing design method and the ascending method were combined together and applied to the composition design of wear resistant hardfacing welding materials for carbon plasma arc hardfacing welding. Taking Fe-Cr -C system as the base alloy, with Mo, deoxidizers and F102 powder of Ni-base alloy added, the ingredient of a comparatively ideal new wear resistant hardfacing welding material was quickly determined by usinng the method only after small ammounts of experiments. 用石墨阴极电弧源作为碳源,由冷阴极电弧放电产生的高能量、高密度的碳离子流,在负偏压的作用下高速轰击试样(20钢),使其加热至850~1000℃,碳原子通过扩散渗入试样表层,快速形成渗碳层。研究了工艺参数与渗层厚度的关系、渗层的显微组织、碳浓度分布。利用俣野平面法对沿渗层深度各点处扩散系数进行了计算,探讨了渗速快的机理。

It’s reported employing OHS new crystal in diagnosis of“water win-dow” wave range soft X rays emitted from laser-produced carbon plasma. The in-teresting K.line is observed. The lattice constant 2d=9.1 nm and half-width Δθ=2.5 mrad of rocking curve are deduced from the known characteristic spectra.

本文报道首次利用新型的OHS(丁二酸氢十八酯)晶体诊断碳等离子体产生的“水窗”波段软X光光谱发射特性,观察到了有意义的K_α谱线;并根据实验识别出的特征谱线,精确地推导出OHS新晶体的品格常数2d=9.1nm,和摆动曲线半宽度Δθ=2.5mrad。
