为解决传统的运动图像镜头切变检测算法对背景噪声及镜头运动敏感的问题 ,通过分析镜头发生切变时图像中物体的运动规律 ,提出了一种基于光流方程的新的特征量——光流特征量。对运动图像序列中每一帧图像 ,计算其光流特征量 ,得到的特征量序列在镜头没有切变时保持短时平稳和较小取值 ,而在镜头发生切变时取值有显著增大。理论分析与实验结果证明 ,对该特征量运用加窗归一化的统计信号处理方法 ,可以有效地检测镜头切变 ,并且对摄像机摇动和变焦以及背景噪声不敏感 ,解决了传统检测方法因这些因素引起的误判问题

In this paper, a multi-resolution algorithm for video partitioning is provided. Firstly, the histogram from the strong edge blocks in the video sequence are computed, and the difference with χ~2 test is computed. Afterwards multi-resolution steps, coarse step and fine step are adopted to detect the video cuts. And further this method can detect the location of video shot and video gradual transmission. Finally, the experimental results show this method is promising.

由于非压缩视频序列具有明显的直观性视觉特征,并在实际应用中仍占据相当大的比重,针对在非压缩视频的处理中仍然存在对镜头变化的类型、镜头渐变和突变的位置分析不够准确的难点,提出了一种时域分辨率的非压缩域视频分割算法,在提取序列的基于强边缘块的直方图,比较不同序列之间的差异的基础上,采用多分辨率的算法进行镜头检测。实验证明,这种方法实现了自动视频分割并较好地克服了上述的缺点。

Now, video compressed coding research divides into two directions mainly:One is that DCT hybrid encoding scheme based on tradition;another is the coding scheme based on object of putting forward based on 2 generation image coding tech- nology. The coding method based on object,can not only satisfy the function that gets the requirement of larger image data compression ratio further and can realize man-machine interaction,so we think it will be future video compressed coding develop direction. In this paper,we study selection algorithm of the coding model based on object,and give the method of video cuts apart using the concept of video object in MPEG-4.

各种视频压缩编码标准都是根据人们在不同领域中对声像数据的要求所制定的,并且随着人们的需求不断地发展。目前,视频压缩编码研究主要分为两个方向:一是基于传统的DCT 混合编码方案;另一个是基于第二代图像编码技术而提出的基于对象的编码方案。其中,基于对象的编码方法不仅能满足进一步获得更大的图像数据压缩比的要求,而且能够实现人机对话的功能,所以,我们认为它将是未来视频压缩编码的发展方向。本文对基于对象的编码模式选择算法进行了研究,借用了MPEG-4中视频对象的概念,提出了一种视频分割的方法。
