The residual Cr6+ in the remolten fly ash is completly reduced bydirect contact with Carbon, present in the molten slag film.Therefore, simultaneously with optimizing combustion, reduction condition gets optimized aswell.

旋风炉附烧处理铬渣是国内近年来首创的一种彻底无害化处理,能耗低和处理量大的新型铬渣治理方法。该文对铬渣在炉内进行高温熔融还原过程的机理做出了初步分析。结果表明这一过程完全与燃烧过程耦合,着火段空间和壁上燃烧过程的场特性为Cr6+>Cr3+的半程还原多相反应提供了合适的条件。回熔飞灰中残余Cr6+是在渣膜熔体的碳直接反应过程中得以还原殆尽的。因而,优化燃烧运行工况的同时亦即使还原工艺条件予以优化。图9表5参8
