            目的 探讨激光间质内热疗诱导的效应灶的形态学变化和效应灶周围血脑屏障的改变。方法 利用正常鼠脑进行激光间质内热疗(ILTT),应用光学显微镜、电子显微镜等观察ILTT后效应灶形态学变化,伊文思蓝观察效应灶周围血脑屏障的改变。结果ILTT后效应灶急性期呈现显著的形态学变化:中央出血性假腔、凝固性坏死区、外周水肿;其后出现特征性的修复反应。效应灶周围血脑屏障暂时开放;细胞和亚细胞质膜的破坏在效应灶的形成过程中可能发挥重要作用。结论ILTT能够导致效应灶组织凝固性坏死和开放效应灶周围组织血脑屏障,这些结果有助于未来脑肿瘤激光间质内热疗的临床应用。

            目的 评价激光间质内热疗 (ILTT)联合顺铂治疗大鼠脑恶性胶质瘤的效果。方法 SD大鼠 6 4只 ,尾状核接种C6鼠胶质瘤细胞 14天后 ,随机分为对照组 (不接受治疗 )、顺铂治疗组、ILTT组、ILTT联合顺铂治疗组 ,每组 16只。每组中 10只留作观察生存时间 (观察期 40天 ) ,6只于治疗后第 7天测量肿瘤最大横径。顺铂治疗时大鼠尾静脉注射顺铂 1μg/g ,2天 1次 ,共计 3次。ILTT治疗时将Nd∶YAG激光经光导纤维导入肿瘤区 ,激光波长 1 0 6 μm ,功率 1 5W ,时间 12 0s,间隔 12 0s,共计 2次。结果  (1)大鼠平均生存时间 :对照组 2 6 1d± 3 6d ,顺铂组 2 7 3d± 3 9d ,ILTT组 30 4d± 5 3d ,联合治疗组 34 4d± 4 0d。联合治疗组与对照组及顺铂组比较 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。(2 )肿瘤最大横径 :对照组 6 .2mm± 0 .2mm ,顺铂组6 .2mm± 0 .1mm ,ILTT组 4.8mm± 0 .2mm ,联合治疗组 4 9mm± 0 1mm。结论 激光间质内热疗联...

            目的 探讨激光间质内凝固治疗前列腺增生症的效果。方法 前列腺增生症患者 10 0例 ,平均年龄 6 8岁。Ⅰ度增生 8例 ,Ⅱ度增生 72例 ,Ⅲ度增生 2 0例。在硬膜外麻醉下行前列腺组织激光间质内凝固治疗。Nd∶YAG激光输出功率 5 0W ,每增生叶穿刺 1~ 6点 ,每点治疗时间 5min。结果 随访 3~ 2 4个月 ,70 %的病人症状和尿流率明显改善 ,无一例发生尿失禁及严重感染等合并症 ,2 3例因故改行其他手术方式治疗。结论 激光间质内凝固治疗前列腺增生症方法简单、安全 ,尤其适合于高危病人 ,治疗效果与手术者的经验和插入前列腺叶的点数有关
