AIM: To evaluate the effect of Chinese nutgall extractum on degradation of collagen in dentine caries. METHODS: First, specimens were exposed to lactic acid colloid system to form dentine caries. Second, they were treated with different solutions [group 1: 20ml/L Sodium fluoride solution (NaF);group 2: Chinese nutgall extractum;group 3: 380ml/L Sliver diamminefluoride solution (Ag(NH 3)2F);group 4: deionized water]. Next, specimens were demineralized. Then, they were incubated in Collagenase type I to degrade dentin matrix. Finally, quantity of collagen degradation in each group was determined by Chloramine T analysis. RESULTS: Group 2 and group 3 showed apparent inhibition to collagen degradation with Collagenase type I( P <0.01), inhibition of group 2 was significantly preceded than that of group 3 ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Chinese nutgall can inhibit collagen degradation and affects the further demineralization in dentin matrix, which consequently inhibit the advanced dentine caries.

目的:探讨黄芩提取物的防龋效果及其可能的防龋机制。方法:本实验将标本分为三组,分别采用不同流程处理(第1组:标本→脱矿→浸药→脱矿→检测;第2组:标本→脱矿→浸药→检测;第3组:标本→浸药→脱矿→检测;)乳酸胶体系统致牙本质龋,黄芩提取液、硝酸银、去离子水3组试剂按上述流程处理牙本质标本,在镜下观察处理后的牙本质标本。结果:通过对各组标本的光镜观察发现:第1组去离子水组牙本质小管不规则,而硝酸银组和黄芩组牙本质小管规则。第2组去离子水和黄芩处理后的牙本质小管比第1组规则,硝酸银处理后牙本质小管内有一些硝酸银沉积。第3组黄芩处理后的牙本质小管比去离子水组和硝酸银组规则。结论:黄芩提取物具有一定的防龋能力,其防龋机制可能为黄芩能抑制胶原分解,对脱矿的进一步进行产生影响,从而使牙本质龋的进展受到抑制。同时还发现黄芩可能具有一定的抗脱矿能力。

目的:评价Carisolv化学机械法微创技术对乳牙牙本质龋的临床疗效。方法:选择65例同颌同名乳磨牙诊断为牙本质龋的儿童,共148个患牙,采用自身对照方法,对同一个体的患牙随机分为两组进行治疗,一组采用Carisolv化学机械法去龋,一组采用牙钻法去龋,两组病例均用玻璃离子体充填,经6个月、1年观察,比较临床治疗效果。结果:两种治疗方法在修复体的完整性、边缘缺损及修复体脱落等方面比较,均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:微创去龋技术可以消除儿童对牙科治疗的恐惧感,减少疼痛,去腐效果与传统牙钻去腐效果相同,可以在儿童龋病治疗中广泛应用。
