The effects of sublingual nifedipine on the rate of cerebral circulation (RCC) in essential hypertension were studied in 23 cases, including 13 Grade Ⅱ and 10 Grade Ⅲ patients, and 13 healthy volunteers consisted the control group, transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) examination was used to determine the RCC in the midcerebml artery (MCA), anterior cerebral artery (ACA) and posterior cerebral artery (PCA). It was found that the RCC decreased significantly in Grade Ⅱ patients receiving nifedipine....

It was found that the RCC decreased significantly in Grade Ⅱ patients receiving nifedipine. In Grade Ⅲ pafloats, however, its effects were rather insignificant. This study suggested that nifedipine could smoothen down the cerebrovascular resistance not only through autoregulation mechanism initiated by a reduction of blood pressure, but also through dilatation of the cerebral arteries directly. In conclusion, nifedipine exhibited protective effects against high RCC, especially in Grade Ⅱ patients.

本文用经颅多普勒超声仪(Transcranial Doppler,TCD),对23例脑动脉流速异常升高的高血压病患者(Ⅱ期13例,Ⅲ期10例),及13例正常人作舌下含服硝苯啶(nifedipine)10mg前后大脑动脉血流速度测定。比较各组用药前后大脑动脉流速变化。结果显示:Ⅱ期高血压病患者含服硝苯啶后,大脑动脉流速下降幅度显著,Ⅲ期患者流速虽有下降,但无显著差异。因此,硝苯啶迅速降压同时,可能还通过直接扩张脑血管降低高血压病患者异常升高的脑动脉流速(尤其是Ⅱ期患者),从而保护脑血管。

Longtan dam is a high RCC gravity dam which needs high shearing strength on liftjoints,According to coulomb's theory,shearing strength τ is the function of friction coefficient fand cohesion strength c,i·eτ=fσ+c. Both f and c are random variables which depend on material ingredients and technology.Moreover,f is a dimensionless quantity without size effect.By largescale site test of shearing strength with large size specimens,data needed for design Longtan highRCC dam have been obtained.

龙滩工程碾压混凝土重力坝,最大坝高216.5m,当大体保持原重力坝断面尺寸前提下,要求碾压混凝土浇筑层面有较高的抗剪强度,根据现有工程经验和库仑抗剪理论,采用富胶凝材料RCC技术,经大规模现场试验和较大尺寸(5Ocm×5Ocm)原位抗剪试验,获得可靠的试验成果,为龙滩高RCC坝的设计提供了依据。

The results of actual simulation calculation,creep stresses of accumulated temperature and self weight during construction, stresses of thermal drop and hydraulic pressure during operation,show the evidently advantages in stress-stability of the dam by improved measurements in structure mentioned above.

因坝高百米以上的碾压混凝土重力坝往往存在坝体下部抗剪能力和基岩内稳定安全度不足的问题,所以作者探讨一种结构改进措施:坝体下部采用不分永久性横缝只设人工短缝的整体式结构;坝体上部采用变高度分横缝的悬臂梁式结构。通过对我国中南地区某工程实例的仿真应力计算,即施工期的温度场和温度与累计自重徐变压力,运行期温度场和温差应力的计算,其结果表明,采用上述结构改进措施是有明显效果的。
