Results: Micro-steel plate and Biofix absorbable rods combined with U-Shaped nail gave the strongest fixation against shift, angulation and torsion. Steel wire and Cross Kirschner wire fixation were relatively poor. Conclusions:micro-steel plate and Biofix absorbable rods combined with U-Shaped nail are strong、reliable and suitable for early rehabilitation.

比较临床应用的4种治疗手指骨骨折的内固定方法,找出其生物力学特性,为临床选择提供依据。取240根新鲜成人指掌骨制作骨折模型,分别用自行设计的可吸收髓内棒加U形钉与临床常用的微型钢板、克氏针、钢丝对骨折进行固定。用牵拉、弯曲、扭转3种静力加载方法测试4种内固定材料与指骨复合结构的稳定性和强度。结果:钢板固定和可吸收髓内棒加U形钉固定2种方法抗弯曲、扭转和分离力较强,稳定性好;钢丝交叉固定和克氏针交叉固定2种方法抗弯曲、扭转、分离力较弱、稳定性差。微型钢板固定和可吸收髓内棒加U形钉固定坚强可靠、适宜早期活动,钢丝垂直交叉固定和克氏针交叉固定可酌情选用适当加外固定支持

目的探讨如何正确应用微型钢板、螺丝钉、交叉克氏针及张力带钢丝四种内固定方法治疗掌、指骨骨折,以提高治疗效果。方法根据骨折部位、类型及技术条件等有选择的应用上述四种内固定方法治疗掌、指骨骨折87例99处。结果骨折均达到或近似解剖复位,愈合顺利,不伴肌腱损伤的48例;手功能均恢复至正常,伴肌腱损伤的39例。手功能恢复按TAMI标准评价:优16例,良20例,可2例,差1例,优良率92.3%。结论上述四种内固定方法适应症不同,各有优缺点,应根据骨折的部位类型及技术条件等合理选用,才可达到满意的治疗效果。

目的 研究并分析应用AO微型不锈钢板内固定治疗手部骨折的疗效。方法  1999年 10月至 2 0 0 1年 10月 ,对手部掌、指骨骨折 3 1例 42处作切开复位、AO微型不锈钢板内固定治疗。结果 术后外固定时间为 2~ 3d(平均 2 .3d)。X线片示骨折愈合时间为 2~ 4周 (平均 2 .6周 )。重返工作岗位时间为 3~ 12周 (平均 4.6周 )。结论 应用AO微型不锈钢板治疗手部骨折可以缩短术后外固定时间 ,缩短骨折愈合时间 ,使患者提早重返工作岗位
