Brittle rupture occurred in some of the 60 kg/m P74 heavy rails shortly afterthey were put into service. The maincause for such phenomenon is the existence of severely non-homogeneous ribbonstructure in the rails, and the formation of non-homogeneous structure is relatedwith the regional segregation of the chemical components and severely co-directional inclusion distribution. Meanwhile, it is found that the non-homogeneousribbon structure and a considerable amount of inclusions exist mainly in the websof the rails.The Jnfluences of tempering, normalizing and overheating treatment on theproperties of the type of rails mentioned above are also studied in this paper,thus providing basis to further improve the properties of rails (including thewelded ones).

60kg/mP74重型钢轨使用时间不长,有的钢轨就发生脆性断裂。通过性能测定、金相组织观察及化学成份分析,发现这种钢轨的塑性及韧性低,容易脆断,其主要原因是钢轨存在严重的不均匀带状组织。而不均匀组织的形成又是和化学成份区域偏析及严重的夹杂物同向分布有关。同时,还发现不均匀带状组织及较多的夹杂物主要存在于钢轨轨腰部位。 本文还研究了不同温度回火、正火及过热处理对该型钢轨性能的影响,为进一步改善钢轨及其焊接后的性能提供了依据。

In this paper, the shape memory effect, recovery degree, work point, elasticity, plasticity and hardness of the investigated shape memory alloy Cu-Zn-Al-x were measured after overheating treatment of the alloy at different tempertures for different durations of holding time. The results provide valuable related curves for the alloy in practical application. the experimental results have been analysed and discussed as well.

应用研制的Cu-Zn-Al-x形状记忆合金,经过在不同温度、不同时间下的过热处理,测取了该材料过热处理后的记忆功能、回复率、工作点、弹性、塑性、硬度。提供了该合金在实际应用中有重要指导价值的规律性曲线,并对所得结果进行了分析和讨论。

Multi-impact fatigue life and bending strength are extreamely deteriorated. but the hardness of the steel is not change.

采用模拟方法.研究了Cr12MoV钢锻造加热过热、过烧对其随后中间球化处理及最终淬火、回火处理的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,锻造加热温度在1160℃以上出现过热.在1220℃以上出现过烧。严重过热及过烧后,中间退火及最终热处理都不能使其得到改善,一次冲击韧性、多冲疲劳寿命及抗弯强度等均严重降低.但过热及过烧对硬度却无明显影响。
