In this paper, a simple method for computing the weighting factors of walls androofs is developed, when the Z—heat transmission equations of a wall or a roof are obtained with the thermal response factors of its homogenous slabs, the weighting factors of it can be solved by a rational approximation method. This procedure can avoid the rootmissing problem involved in traditional method. An example has shown that it is superior and convenient for analyzing energy consumption of building.

本项研究在分析气象参数与空调动态负荷之间关系的基础上,从济南市10年实测气象数据中选出了平均月。然后从对2.5万组实测数据的计算分析中,整理出包括7项参数的济南地区标准年气象资料,并制成数据库,存入磁盘。可供济南地区进行空调动态、负荷计算和建筑物能耗分析时调用。

建筑能耗占国民经济总能耗的比重很大。取消通往阳台的门窗及其它围护结构,利用铝合金窗等封闭的阳台作围护结构,其房间的采暖热负荷比正常设计的房间要大得多,故提出北方采暖地区,在房屋的建设和装修中,要慎重对待围护结构的改造。
