The relationship among the friction coefficient,load and velocity under dry frictional condition was derived,the wear resistance was compared among chromium coating,Ni-W alloy coatings and Ni-Fe-W alloy coatings respectively,and the frictional and wear mechanism of Ni-Fe-W alloy coatings was analyzed.

It was found that CaCO_3/PEEK exhibited considerably lower friction coefficient and wear rate in comparison of the neat PEEK and CaCO_3 /PEEK under dry frictional condition. With an increase in contents, coefficient of friction is continuously decreased ,and the same with the rate of composite wear in low whisker content, the best wear-resistance was obtained with 15wt% CaCO_3 whisker inclusion.

2. By studying finite element numerical simulation technology deeply, choosing reasonable parameters such as frictional condition, contact condition, time steps and convergence criterion, three-dimention elastic-plastic finite element model was established.

On the condition of plane strain it is assumed that the workpiece is a rigid-plastic material with strain hardening, the roller is a rigid-body,the frictional condition of the contact surface between the roller and the workpiece is no slip i.e. no relative slide between them.

The results indicate that the obvious abrasion and scratch is found between plasma-sprayed Al2O3-40%TiO2 coating and tin bronze,and plasma-sprayed Al2O3-40%TiO2 coating has good wear resistance under FD-7 grease frictional condition.

The influence of friction coefficient on the deforming force is relatively small, however, good frictional condition will help to improve the surface quality of the part gained.

To solve the problem of the maximum running depth of coiled tubing, the maximum tensile condition, frictional condition and buckling condition should be satisfied.
