The 8-nodal curved quadrilateral isoparametric element is introduced. The results of the calculation have been compared with the experimental data of aluminium plate rolled on the 4-high mill.

本文从粘弹性力学模型出发,推导出了高分子聚合物齿轮与钢制齿轮副粘滞发热功率损耗的计算公式,并分析了这种齿轮副在于摩擦和弹流润滑条件下任意啮合点的粘滞发热功率损耗、瞬时啮合效率以及一个啮合循环中的平均啮合效率。在此基础上,研究了润滑、负载力矩和主动轮转速对齿轮粘滞发热功率损耗及平均啮合效率的影响。
