The novel solid phase diffusion process combined internal oxidation of alloy with powder metallurgy technique is used to produce silver cadmium oxide material for electrical conact in present work. Microstructures and characters of prealloyingAg-Cd powder made by the solid phase diffusion method and Ag-CdO composite powder made by the internal oxidation method have been investigated by optical microcope, seanning electron microscope, electron diffraction and x-rays diffraction, respectively, The performances of contact material were also tested. It has been found that this kind of contact material has good physical, mechanical and electrical properties. It would be possible to decrease the dimensions of contacts(CJ10-40 type of contactor)to about 50% therefor it can be concerneed as an effective saving silver measure. Internal oxidation of the fine alloy powder made by solid phase diffusion process is carried out at relatively low temperature. and the time duration is remarkably shorter than that required in conventional internal oxidation process. Therefore it is also a fine saving energy technique.

本文介绍用合金内氧化法和粉末冶金法结合的固相扩散法新工艺制造Ag-CdO触头材料。用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、电子衍射X光衍射等方法,研究了固相扩散法预制的Ag-Cd合金粉末和内氧化制得的Ag-CdO复合粉末的组织结构和内氧化特点。并对触头的物理机械性能和电气性能进行了试验。结果表明,固相扩散法制得的Ag-CdO触头性能优良,可缩小尺寸(CJ10-40A交流接触器可缩小触头尺寸50%左右),实现节银目的。固相扩散法制得的细小合金粉末是在较低的温度下进行内氧化,且内氧化时间比传统的合金内氧化法显著缩短。因此该工艺也是一项好的节能技术。

The principle and method of rapid datermination of the electrochemicalactivity of MnO_2 samples were described, This meteod includes a specially simulatedcell and constant discharge current with potential measuremet at current interruption,thus dominates the solid-phase diffusion process which determines the activity ofMuO_2 in electrolyte. An advanced and applicable instrument was also mentioed.

本文着重叙述了用快速方法测量MnO_2电化学活性的原理、方法。本方法采用了特殊的模拟电解池及恒流放电,断电测量的方法,从而突出了在电解液中决定MnO_2活性的固相扩散过程,同时展望了作为适用的,具有先进性的测量仪器。
