In order to explore the method of accelerating repair of osteo-tissue,we have developed a square -wave capacitive coupling electric field (CCEF) osteo - stimulator to treat fracture. 68 New Zealand healthy white rabbits were used in this experiment. By light microscope histologic examination, tetra cycline labeling fluorescence microscopy, morphimetric analysis of osteo - tissue and biomechanical antibending...

Making the radius fracture - modle of both side and stimulating with CCEF osteo-stimulator. By light microscope histologic examination, tetra cycline labeling fluorescence microscopy, morphimetric analysis of osteo - tissue and biomechanical antibending - test. The results showed that the square-wave CCEF stimulative is the best to accelerate fracture-union in the three group(sine-wave CCEF group,square-wave CCEF group and control group). The antibending strength in the square-wave group is higher than that th^ sine-wave and control group. This experiment also explain why the CCEF stimulation can accelerate the fracture healing.

为寻求促进骨组织生长与修复的方法,我们研制了“方形波电容偶合电场(CCEF)骨折治疗仪”,采用新西兰纯种大白兔,手术造成双侧桡骨骨折模型,进行电刺激。通过组织学切片,光学显微镜观察,四环素标记荧光显微镜观察,骨组织形态计量学测定及力学抗折试验。结果表明方形波电容偶合电场的促进成骨作用及骨折愈合抗折强度均明显优于正弦波组和对照组。并对电容偶合电场促进骨生长与修复的机理进行了探讨。

To evaluate the reliability of Older's classification. 4 observers classified 96 distal radius fractures repeated twice with two-week interval. Both the intraobserver agreement and the interobserver agreement were high respectively. The agreement was especially high for type I and type N fractures. Older's method of classifying distal radius fractures can thus be recommended for clinical use.

家兔皮肤的中厚皮片,经制备成小皮块以后作体外培养。成纤维细胞自皮块游出,不断增多,以后开始汇合、形成多层结构。成纤维细胞分泌众多颗粒,堆积在细胞的表面,逐步形成云雾状物质。云雾状物质增大、成为圆形或卵圆形结节。相邻的结节可被条状小粱联在一起。用新生骨组织的特异标记物一四环素及茜素红,作组织化学观察,结节及小梁均呈阳性反应,说明成纤维细胞所形成的结节及小梁均为骨组织。将体外培养的成纤维细胞用 ̄3H-TdR标记后注射进同一家兔的桡骨骨折部位,以后经放射自显影技术可以在骨性骨痴的骨小梁内观察到具银颗粒的骨细胞。这说明在骨折愈合过程中成纤维细胞能演变为骨细胞,从而证明成纤维细胞的成骨潜能。
