BAPP2.0 (Bioavailability program package 2.0) is a program specially for bioavailability data analysis. It was developed by using the Microsoft visual basic application (VBA ) language in Excel environment. 生物利用度研究的数据处理通用程序(BAPP2.0)主要用于相对生物利用度研究数据处理,在Excel环境中采用VBA编程,功能主要包括:数据全程处理、自定义药代动力学函数、自动批量作图、体内外相关性、等效性检验、权重直线回归、药代动力学数据拟合等。本程序已通过省级鉴定,其中全程处理功能经鉴定达到国内先进水平。

Objective: To develop and validate a compartmental analysis program in pharmacokinetics base on Microsoft Excel.Methods: Using the Excel-based FUNCTIONS,SOLVER tool and VBA programming language,seven kinds of pharmacokinetic data analysis modules including IV-Bolus 1 Compartment,IV-Bolus 2 Compartment,IV-Bolus 3 Compartment,Extravenous 1 Compartment,Extravenous 1 Compartment(With lag time),Extravenous 2 Compartment,Extravenous 2 Compartment(With lag time),Non Compartmental Analysis,Bioequivalence and In vitro and In vivo Correlation Analysis were developed,a comprehensive comparison of three sets of results calculated by 3P87,WinNonlin software and our program respectively base on the published data was performed.Results: An easily handled pharmacokinetic data analysis program,PKSolver 1.0,was developed successfully,all the pharmacokinetic parameters and model selection criterions calculated by PKSolver were consistent with those estimated by 3P87 and WinNonlin software.Conclusion: The program is qualified for common data analysis in pharmacokinetics as a reference software and more pharmacokinetic data analysis modules should be developed in future.

目的:编写并验证基于Excel的药动学数据分析通用程序。方法:利用Excel的内置函数、规划求解工具和VBA语言编制包括静注1房室、静注2房室、静注3房室、非脉管1室、非脉管1室(有时滞)、非脉管2室、非脉管2室(有时滞)、非房室模型分析、生物等效性分析以及缓控释制剂体内外相关分析共10个药动学数据分析模块,结合文献数据对比利用该程序以及3P87和Win-Nonlin软件处理得到的结果。结果:成功编制简明药动学数据处理程序———PKSolver 1.0,该程序与3P87和WinNonlin软件相比,所有药动学参数求算结果和模型选择判据结果基本一致。结论:该程序可参考用于常见药动学数据分析,更多的药动学数据分析模块尚待进一步开发。
