Twenty one new O (1,2,2,2 tetrachloro)ethyl O substituted phenyl phosphoramidothionates were synthesized and their structures were characterized through IR, NMR( 1H、 31 P) and MS. The O (1,2,2,2 tetrachloro)ethyl thiophosphoric hydrazides could be transferred into 1,3,4,2 oxadiazaphospholanes under alkaline condition. The biological activity of the products was also tested and some compounds showed a high activity against nematode.
