本文报导了应用斯氏线虫属(Steiernemaspp.)8个品系室内外控制木麻黄皮暗斑螟的试验结果。通过对8个线虫品系在不同温度下对皮暗斑螟的侵染力测定,筛选出SteinernemafeltiaeAgriotos及Steinernemafeltiae,Beijing为最佳品系,能寄生低、中、高龄幼虫及蛹,3一4天幼虫死亡率达100%;温度20~30℃不影响线虫对寄主的致死效果,只是致死速度不同,在25℃时侵染力最强;以100条侵染期线虫/害虫为最适剂量。林间以200条线虫/ml的SteinernemafeltiaeAgriotos及Steinerneama.feltiae,Beijing两品系线虫液喷洒虫巢,皮暗斑螟幼虫的平均致死率分别为72.0%、69.9%。

稻飞虱寄生性两索线虫是江苏地区稻飞虱的重要寄生性天敌。两索线虫成虫与老熟幼虫在稻茬田越冬,4─5月交配产卵,6─7月幼虫离土上移寻找寄主,7─8月为寄生高峰期,与本地区的白背飞虱、褐飞虱发生高峰同步,偏嗜寄生褐飞虱短翅型若虫和成虫,对稻飞虱种群的发生与发展有显著控制作用。稻麦田不同耕法对两索线虫的赵冬及寄生率相关,免耕田的越冬基数与寄生率>少免耕田>深耕田。稻田水浆管理与土壤生态因子对线虫栖息、生存关系甚密,21─25℃,土壤含水量20%以上,对线虫活动生存最为有利。温度低于0℃或高于35℃,土壤含水量小于10%,两索线虫成活率甚低。6─7月稻田保持稳定灌水层,有利于线虫上移寻找寄主,可提高寄生率,有机磷农药如敌敌畏、对硫磷对线虫有一定的杀伤力,而沙蚕毒素系列农药、抗几丁质素农药在常规剂量下施用影响甚微。
