From 1967 to 1982, 3 human cases of urinary tract infection with Rhabditis sp. were detected in the suburb of Shanghai and the City of Anyang, Henan Province. These patients, involving one boy, one man and one woman of 10, 28 and 49 years old respectively, complained chyluria, haematuria and/or edema of the lower extremities. Results of routine urine examinations showed turbidity, and presence of RBC,WBC and epithelial cells. These findings suggested some kind of inflamatory process existing in the upper urinary tract. Free living larvae and nearly mature worms of Rhabditis sp. were found in all cases in the urine sediments. After treatment with santonin or pyrantel combined with mebendazole, the patients showed parasitologlcal cure and symptomatic relief, indicating that the infection of rhabiditoid nematode might be the causative agent of the renal abnormalities. Human cases recognized as due to Rhabditidae nematode in urine so far reported in China are reviewed.

1983年4月在新疆吉木乃县调查细粒棘球绦虫终宿主犬107只,共发现肠寄生虫10种。感染各种寄生虫的犬为79只,73.8%。感染细粒棘球绦虫(E. granulosus)的犬为29只,27.1%。并发现细粒棘球绦虫成虫的虫体节数、顶突钩的形态、成熟节片的位置、睾丸的分布、孕节与虫体前部之比等方面与文献记载有一定差异。提示吉木乃地区可能存在细粒棘球绦虫不同的株。在一犬肠内首次发现棘头虫(Oncicola sp.)感染。犬的其他肠寄生虫感染为水泡带绦虫(T. hydatigena)44只,41.1%、多头绦虫(M. multiceps)15只,14%、豆状带绦虫(T. pisiformis)6只,5.6%、猫泡尾带绦虫(H. taeniaeformis)1只,0.93%、犬复孔绦虫(D. caninum)1只,0.93%、线中殖孔绦虫(M.lineatus)1只,0.93%、狭头钩虫(U. stenocephala)1只,0.93%、犬弓蛔虫(T. canis)21只,19.6%。

We had surveyed by using adhesive cellophane swab, and found that the E. vermicularisinfection rate of kindergarten chidren and primary and middle school students investigated was 52.50%. The infection rate of A. lumbricoides of primary school pupils surveyed in the rural area in Harbin was 78.07%, The infection rate of students of a middle school was 60.0%....

We had surveyed by using adhesive cellophane swab, and found that the E. vermicularisinfection rate of kindergarten chidren and primary and middle school students investigated was 52.50%. The infection rate of A. lumbricoides of primary school pupils surveyed in the rural area in Harbin was 78.07%, The infection rate of students of a middle school was 60.0%. The L. vermicularis infeetion rate obtained by another survey after 16 years was not found to be prominontly different. It would seem that the infection rate does not decrease spontaneously with the growing economics, unless appropriate preventive measures are applied. In another survey after 14 years, we found the infection of A. Iumbricoides of pupils in a primary school in the rural area was 22.12%. It was lower prominontly than that gained in previous survey. The difference of the rate of pinworm between chidren in the urban and in the suburb of Harbin was not remakable. The rate of E. vermicularis in 4-15 age group was higher than others and there is a similar positive rate with the both sex. The infection rate of roundworm decreased gradually with age, the rate in female students were higher than in male students. Only two puppils with T. trichiura infection were found. Administed Piperajine citrate in order to remove roundworm, the most of pupils had removed the worms, in primary school in rural each pupil had eliminited 1-5 roundworm , the average number of the worms eliminited was 7.4.per person. The results of investigation, whether the person in surveyed after passing stool or not, has no great difference.

本文报告1964—1980年对哈尔滨市区及郊县农村儿童肠道线虫感染情况的几次调查结果。用胶玻纸拭法检查一次,幼儿园儿童和中小学生的蛲虫总阳性率为52.50%,农村小学生的蛔虫感染率为78.07%。中学生蛔虫感染率60.0%。市区先后两次蛲虫感染情况调查时间相隔16年,感染率未见明显差别,似说明此虫感染率如不采取防治措施并不随生活水平提高而自然下降。蛔虫感染则不同,14年后调查一郊县农村小学,学生蛔虫感染率明显降低。市区某校小学生蛔虫感染率20.83%。城乡儿童蛲虫感染率差别不明显,年龄以4—15岁感染率较高,男女两性感染率无显著差异。农村学生蛔虫感染有随年龄增加而感染率下降的趋势,女中学生较男中学生感染率高。几次调查只发现鞭虫感染两例。用药驱蛔,该市农村小学生排虫者多数每人排虫1—5条,平均每人排虫7.4条。肛拭前受检者大便已否对蛲虫检查结果似无重大影响。
