A fluorescence optical-fiber spectrometer was developed based on fluorescence of imidacloprid insecticide for monitoring carbamate pesticides.The instrument makes use of xenon lamp as excitation light and combines with fiber-optical sensing and CCD technology to implement rapid determination of imidacloprid.And the same time,the instrument is also be applied to measure imidacloprid in river water and ground water.The recovery may be closed to 100%.

根据吡虫啉农药在紫外光的照射下能发射荧光的机理,研制了一种监测吡虫啉的荧光光纤光谱仪。该仪器采用氙灯作为激发光源,结合光纤传感和CCD技术,实现了对吡虫啉杀虫剂的快速测定。同时,该仪器还可用于河水和地下水中痕量吡虫啉的测量,其回收率接近100%。

通过几种杀虫剂对棉蚜的毒力比较研究,结果表明:棉蚜对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂抗性最强,2.5%溴氰菊酯乳油对棉蚜的LC50高达857.39m g.L-1;棉蚜对1.8%阿维菌素乳油、10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂最为敏感,其LC50分别为0.20m g.L-1和1.41m g.L-1;对有机磷类杀虫剂产生了轻度抗性,对氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂产生了一定程度的抗性。经过对供试农药的LC50对比,筛选出阿维菌素和吡虫啉对棉蚜有特效,久效磷和氧化乐果对棉蚜有一定的防效,拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂对棉蚜的防效极差。

In this paper,degradation pathways of pesticides,mainly for herbicides,and affected factors in aquatic systems was expounded.Firstly,mechanism of degradation for the pesticides in aqua is described.Generally,neutral bridge in carbonyl groups in pesticide molecular is attacked by OH-to form analogs with non-biological activity,releasing CO2.Affected factors for the degradation of the pesticides in aquatic media include: pH value,temperature and clay content in the aquatic system.We took both sulfuron-herbicides...

通过综述农药在环境中水化学降解途径及其影响因素,阐述农药水解机理以及pH、温度和粘土矿物等环境因子对农药水解的影响,探讨了农药在环境中降解的主要途径。
