Besides, the additional experiments of planting vegetables'in bag, pot or box have been successful. Whether some lower cost material, such as sawdust, or coal cinder, or chaff, can take place of the mixture of vermiculte, sawdust and fowl's faeces, and how to prevent and control insect pests when planting vegetables in spring and summer seasons-these problems still need to be solved by further experiments.

在塑料大棚内用水泥蔬菜栽培槽[4000cm(长)×75cm(宽)×15~20cm(深)]填充10~15cm厚无土栽培料。无土栽培料为蛭石、锯末和经700℃高温消毒鸡粪组成(蛭石∶锯末=1∶1,鸡粪10kg/m~3,混合拌匀)。蔬菜供试品种为日本生菜、西洋芹,经催芽、育苗后10月17日定植到栽培槽内。在合理的肥水管理下,在整个生长期内无病害,仅12月上旬(生长后期)发现少量蚜虫(不影响蔬菜生长),全生长过程没有施用任何化肥、农药。附加试验的袋装、盒装、盆装无土栽培蔬菜也均获成功。无土栽培料能否用锯末、煤渣、大糠等低成本材料代替及春、夏季节无土栽培的病虫害防治,尚待进一步试验。

The microbial biomass C,N contents,organic matters, total N.available P. respiratory intensity and cellulose-decomposing capacity in soil were increasing with increasing application of refuse compost.

施垃圾堆肥并种2季蔬菜的潮土、黄棕壤及红壤中细菌、放线菌、真菌、固氮菌、纤维分解菌、亚硝化菌数量,纤维分解强度,呼吸强度和微生物生物量C、N含量的测定结果表明:当土壤本身含有的微生物数量多于或少于垃圾堆肥含有的微生物数量时,土壤中的微生物数量会随垃圾堆肥用量的增加而增加;当土壤本身含有的微生物数量与垃圾堆肥相同时,垃圾堆肥用量大小对土壤微生物数量影响不大。微生物生物量C、N含量,土壤有机质,全N,有效P含量,呼吸强度及纤维分解强度均随垃圾堆肥施用量提高而增加,并呈显著的正相关性。

通过对深液流循环系统的供液系统及供氧方式加以改进,使原供液系统的注入式供液改为小孔喷入式。循环营养液由一种增氧方式改为悬杯湿根增氧、循环增氧和喷射增氧等3种方式,使得栽培蔬菜根际氧气条件大为改善,提高了根系的吸收机能和活力;同时简化了操作程序,整个设施投资减少,生产效益大为提高。应用本系统生产结球生菜,667m2产量为3864kg,纯利润7560.00元
