According to statistics of 54 large irrigation districts in the whole basin,the rate of the projects in good condition is 63.1 %.Also according to investigations and assessments of 34 large irrigation districts,aging projects when classified as gradeⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲand Ⅳ are 11, 12,9 and 2 in numbers respectively. Faced with such a serious situation,it is necessary to renew or reform the aging projects to provide abundant agricultural products by the year 2000 in order to make China reach a level of comparative well-off.

长江流域灌溉面积占全国30%,粮食产量占全国38%,其中水稻占全国2/3。灌溉面积上生产粮食占80%。而80年代以后有效灌溉面积一直维持在1444万公顷左右,处于徘徊状态,其中原因之一是灌区工程老损严重。据全流域54个大型灌区统计,工程完好率约63.1%,又据34个大型灌区老损调查与评价,被划为Ⅰ类老化的11个,Ⅱ类老化的12个,Ⅲ类老化的9个,Ⅳ类老化的2个。面对这种严峻局面,必须对老化工程进行更新改造,为2000年全国达到小康水平提供丰富的农产品。

According to the demand of the spatial variability research of soil characteristics and soil watersalt monitoring in a large irrigation district, the Co Kriging estimation of soil salt solute and its major ions grade in a So 2- 4 Cl - kind of the saline and under two scales in the Hetao irrigation district, China, are done by Co Kriging of the multi variable geostastics (MVG). Three kinds of single variable and a group of multi variable are used to forecast main variable information....

According to the demand of the spatial variability research of soil characteristics and soil watersalt monitoring in a large irrigation district, the Co Kriging estimation of soil salt solute and its major ions grade in a So 2- 4 Cl - kind of the saline and under two scales in the Hetao irrigation district, China, are done by Co Kriging of the multi variable geostastics (MVG). Three kinds of single variable and a group of multi variable are used to forecast main variable information. The result show that grade of cl - can be estimated accurately by EC which is easy to be measured in the field, the grade of K ++Na + can be estimated by using multi variable group of EC&Cl -, the MVG model of the small scale can be accurately estimated in the middle scale. The solution method of CK equation is studied in this paper.

根据土壤特性的空间变异性和大型灌区水盐监测需要,本文用多元地质统计学(MVG)的Co—Kriging(CK)方法,研究了引黄灌区内2种尺度条件下So2-4—Cl-型盐渍化土壤盐溶质及其主要离子品位的协同估计,用3种单变量和一组多变量预测主变量信息不足时的不同目标,结果表明:用野外易测的EC值可精确估计Cl-;用EC&Cl-组成的多变量可估计较难测定的K++Na+品位;由小尺度获得的CK模型可精确用于中尺度估计并对求解CK方程的有关技术作了探讨,有助于MVG理论在土壤—水科学领域的应用与开拓.

Fenhe irrigation district is the largest irrigation district in Shanxi Province,and is in an important stragetical position,however,many problems such as lacking of water resources,aging and disrepair of works,water waste,poor ecological environment for agriculture have been existing in the irrigation district.That the strategy of technical transformation of sustainable development for Fenhe irrigation district,the authors hold,ought to be that laying equal stress on both developing new water source and on saving water,rationally exploiting groundwater,making full use of local flood,popularizing water saving irrigation,preventing secondary salinization by well irrigation and well drainage,wholly updating,fitting up and improving the existing buildings in the irrigation district,and paying attention to agricultural environment protection.

汾河灌区战略地位重要,但存在问题较多,如水源不足,工程老化失修,用水浪费,生态环境不良等。汾河灌区可持续发展的技术改造战略是:开源与节流并重,合理开发地下水,充分利用区间洪水,发展节水灌溉,井灌井排防止盐碱,全面更新配套建筑物,注重保护农业环境等
