To probe the effective method of MCH education,《Life knowledge》 is the major content, propagate MCH knowledge to object women by the method of people relation propagation combinated with the masses propagation. The resutls show that the health knowledge and behavior of object women have changed evidently, the choice of birth time, protecting mother, preventive vaccination, breast-feeding, diarrhoea, cough complicated pulmonitis, children growth and home health eight pieces informations have raised from 5. 7 % 、 31. 4%、43. 1 %、33. 9%、 22. 9%、 60. 3%、 65. 4% 、 63. 7 %,to 95. 0% 、 95. 2% 、 90. 8% 、 82. 0% 、 87. 7%、 97. 2%、 85. 0%、 92. 6%. It shows the propagative tactics of "people relation propagation is the major part, the masses propagation is the supplementary" was right, the effect to raise MCH level was evident.

为探讨妇幼健康教育的有效方法,以《生命知识》为主要内容,采用人际传播与大众传播相结合的方法,向目标妇女传播妇幼卫生知识。结果表明:目标妇女的卫生知识和卫生行为发生了明显变化,生育时间的选择、保护母亲、预防接种、母乳喂养、腹泻、咳嗽并发肺炎、儿童生长发育、家庭卫生8条信息掌握情况,分别由5.7%、31.4%、43.1%、33.9%、22.9%、60.3%、65.4%、63.7%上升到95.0%、95.2%、90.8%、82.0%、87.7%、97.2%、85.0%、92.6%。说明“人际传播为主,大众传播为辅”的传播策略是正确的,对提高妇幼卫生保健水平效果明显。

目的 :为帮助目标人群建立有效的健康行为模式 ,保证基层卫生与妇幼保健项目顺利实施。方法 :按省项目办统一制定的健康教育监测要求 ,采用以小样本量的半定量调查和专题小组讨论的定性调查相结合的方法 ,对我市健康教育状况进行监测 ,结果 :界首市抽样乡 75 %的目标人群掌握 70 %以上的信息 ;70 %的目标人群接受到妇幼卫生知识的传播 ;75 %的目标人群知晓《生命知识》有关信息 ;90 %目标人群了解安全注射知识 ;90 %目标人群认为住院分娩安全 ;90 %的目标人群接受过村医或保健员对他们的知识传播。目标人群希望了解腹泻、感冒等常见病的防治知识 ,最喜欢的宣传方式是口头讲解。结论 :项目活动对促进目标人群健康知识的掌握是有效的 ,开展健康教育传播是可行的 ,要进一步对目标人群进行系统卫生知识宣传 ,并注重宣传方式 ,以达到更好的效果。
