Through measuring the shape and size distribution of particles collected from CAPS at different rotate speed, the surface profile and microstructure of the particles were analysed using SEM. The experimental results showed that the particles produced by the CAPS process possess good sphericity. The particles size decreased with increase of rotating speed. The particles size produced by CAPS was larger than that of the arc spray. The influencing factors of particles size and distribution were also investigated. The results indicated that the particle size was inversely proportional to the electrode diameter, rotating speed and the droplet density, and was proportional to the surface tension.

介绍了离心雾化等离子喷涂技术的工作原理和喷涂粒子的雾化机理,分析了雾化粒子的形成过程。通过试验收集喷涂粒子,使用扫描电镜观察雾化粒子的表面形貌,统计分析了在不同转速的情况下粒子的粒度及其分布,并与理论计算值进行了比较。研究表明,离心雾化等离子喷涂中粒子球形度较好,随着电极转速的提高,粒子的粒度减小,和电弧喷涂的粒子相比,离心雾化等离子喷涂的粒子粒度较大,且分布较均匀。分析了粒子粒度及其分布的影响因素,结果表明粒子粒度与消耗电极的转速、半径、熔融液滴的密度成反比,与熔融液滴的表面张力成正比。

Liquid atomization is an important issue in the investigation of two-phase flow,and has been widely used in agriculture,energy resources and environment engineering.In this paper,the atomizing principle of TF6 nozzle and the parameters for describing the droplet-size distribution were analyzed.The distribution of TF6 nozzle's droplet diameters at different pressures was obtained by experiment,and the value of critical spray pressure of TF6 nozzle was derived.

液体雾化是两相流研究中非常重要的课题,在农业、能源以及环境工程中具有广泛的应用。本文对TF6喷嘴的雾化机理及表征液滴尺寸的参数进行了理论分析,通过实验测量了该喷嘴在不同喷雾压力下液体雾化粒子的粒径分布,得出了粒子粒径与喷雾压力之间的变化规律,并得到了该喷嘴的临界雾化压力值。
