Methods 739 pregnant women who were undertaking perinaptal care in Tong Ji Hospital and International Peace Care Hospital were divided into mycoplasma - positive group and mycoplasma - negative group according to mycoplasma culture results, and followed up to the end of perinatal period. Comparison of adverse perinatal outcome incidence was made between the two groups.
Results:In pathologic pregnancy, the umbilical artery blood flow parameter (S/D) was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy and the incident rate of the adverse perinatal outcome was higher when compared with the S/D normal group, S/D guarding group and S/D abnormal group.
Results The rates of adverse perinatal outcome, small for gestational age(SGA),structural malformation in abnormal umbilical artery S/D group were significantly higher than those in normal umbilical artery S/D group ( P < 0.05 ).
The rates of adverse perinatal outcome,SGA in abnormal umbilical artery PI group were significantly higher than those in normal umbilical artery PI group ( P < 0.05 ).
The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of NST,AFI and MBPS predicting adverse perinatal outcome were 35.29%,90.48,50.20% and 83.73% for NST,24.93%,92.85%,48.63%,81.99% for AFI and 55.00%,85.29%,54.05%,85.76% for MBPS respectively.
Results It showed a significantly increase in S/D ratio (S/D≥3) in the UA and the S/D≤4 in the MCA in oligohydramnios and an adverse perinatal outcome would likely come in this group.
The AFI could be used to assess the amniotic fluid. AFI 5.0~8.0cm and AFI≤5.0cm should be monitered strongly, avoiding the incident of adverse perinatal outcome.
ne hundred and four women in their third trimester of pregnancy were examined with colour Doppler ultrasound for their fetal blood flow velocity waveforms(FVWs)of the umbilical artery(UA),renal artery(RA),and middle cerebral artery(MCA ) in relation to the perinatal outcomes. The Doppler parameters studied included their pulsatile indexes(PI)and the PI ratio of MCA/UA(M/U PI) and of MCA/RA (M/RN).The criteria for adverse perinatal outcome were set as followes:(1)Apgar score<7;(2...
Objective:To study the character of fetal flow velocity waveforms (FFVWs)of fetal umbilical artery(UA),renal artery(RA) and middle cerebral artery (MCA) in patients with PIH.Methods:96 cases with PIH and 148 normal pregnancies were determined by color Doppler ultrasound for PI of fetal UA, RA and MCA within one week before delivery and the fetal outcomes were evaluated after birth. Results:More serious the PIH was, higher PI of the UA and RA were, but PI of the MCA was not changed significantly. The ...
Aim: To investigate the variation of resistant parameters of fetal umbilical artery blood flow in normal and pathologic pregnancy and its relationship with the perinatal outcome. Methods: Fetal umbilical artery blood flow in 110 cases of the normal and patients were examined within one week before labour while their clinical material statistics were collected. Results:In pathologic pregnancy, the umbilical artery blood flow parameter (S/D) was significantly higher than that of normal pregn...
