In this paper, four group experiments were carried out in 1982~1987. Over 600 couple data were obtained in these experiments . The experimental results indicated that the correlation of specific gravity between seedling and the first clonal generation was significant ( r = 0.822 ) and that the detection and screening of the materials with high starch content are dependable in seedling populations. In this paper , an effective method for detection and screeningof the materials withhigh starch content in seedling population was discussed. The method can be summarized as follows: The seedlings with such characteristics as resistance to diseases , high yieldand shallow eyes were selected, and all of the tubers , instead of one tuber,per seedling were measured for their starch content. The arithmetic mean and maximum of starch content in the tubers per seedling were significantly correlated to the arithmetic means of tubers in its first and second year clones , therefore the arithmetic mean and maximum of starch content in tubers per seedling can be used as a standard for selecting the materials with high starch content in potato dreeding.

本文通过1982~1987年的连续试验,总计获得了4组600多对相关数据,论证了马铃薯高淀粉育种实生苗和无性世代比重间的相关性,从而说明了在实生苗世代进行高淀粉材料筛选的可靠性;并认为在实生苗世代测定和筛选高淀粉材料的株系系统测定法,是可行而有效的方法。
