This paper presents the equipment, technological characteristics and operation data of the 6 highcold rolling mill with intermediate rolls shifting in axial di?ections. The roll dimensions are: 110/130/300 dia. 400L mm, 125/150/380 dia. 400L mm. The experimental results regarding mill moduluscurve, relation between shifting force of intermediate iolls and rolling load and speed, the influe-nce of intermediate rolls shifting on the shape change, shape control function of work rollbending force, improvement of edge drop and existence of infinite width rigidity are given in thispaper. The advantages of 6-high mill, such as reduction of edge drop and crack, ability to heavyreduction, reduction of number of passes and intermediate anneals and stability in shaping and perfor-mance are confirmed by experiments. With the application of 6-high mills, the quality and yieldof rolled strips, the productivity and operating efficiency of the rolling mill can be improved.

本文介绍我国研制的六辊冷轧机的设备和工艺特性,以及轧机的操作数据,此轧机的一对中间辊可相对轴向移动。轧机的尺寸为φ110/130/300×400mm,φ125/150/380×400mm。叙述了轧机试验的结果:轧机刚性曲线,中间辊移动力与轧制力和速度的关系,中间辊移动对板形的影响,弯辊力的板形控制能力,边部减薄的改善和横刚度无穷大的情况。试验证明了六辊冷轧机的优点:减小边部减薄和裂边,大压下量和减少轧制道次,减少中间退火,板形和操作稳定。应用六辊轧机可改善带钢质量和成材率,提高工厂生产效率。

The experiment shows that the millis universal in controlling strip shape and crown and satisfactory strip shape can be obtained byshifting work rolls for different strip width and different rolling load. The conclusions that thereis a linear relationship between the optimum shifting position and strip width and that there are noeffects on the strip shape by fluctuation of rolling load when work rolls are in the optimum shiftingposition are of importance for constructing the models to control strip shape for the mill.

工作辊横移式四辊轧机是近年获得迅速发展的新机型。本文介绍将实验室普通四辊轧机改造成单锥度工作辊横移式四辊轧机的要点及主要成果。实验表明,改造后的轧机具有极强的板形和板凸度控制能力。在不同板宽和不同轧制力下,通过工作辊横移,均可获得满意的板形。本文给出的最佳横移位置与板宽成线性关系及在最佳横移位置时轧制力波动几乎不影响板形这两点结论,对建立工作辊横移式四辊轧机的板形控制模型有重要的意义。
