Based on the 40year climate data and 20-year observational data of soil moisture,the climate change trend and its effect on soil moisture over the Inner Mongolia typical steppe are analyzed by using the linear trend method,etc. The results show that the 40-year climate change trend over the Inner Mongolia typical steppe is similar with that of the global climate;
The climatic change was basically unanimous with global climate change tendency and its warming trend was more remarkable and its drying trend was less obvious. There was obvious difference on the change of temperature and precipitation among the counties in the area.
The climate distribution features of atmospheric water vapour and the climatic change trend for recent 20 years are analyzed by using the sounding data twice daily which are made through the quality control of CHQC and the check of sequence homogeneity. The linkages between the change trend of atmospheric water vapour and surface air temperature, and between summer water vapour content and precipitation anomaly of eastern China are discussed.
The climatic change trend of the green grass seasons in northern Tibet is analyzed by calculating the data of mean temperature,≥5 ℃critical temperature and precipitation from 1971 to 2000 in Nakchu district of Tibet. And the maximum potential evaporation is obtained through Penman-Monteith Model in terms of monthly maximum temperature,minimum temperature,wind speed,relative humidity and sunshine duration. The surface humid index is the ratio of rainfall to maximum potential evaporation.
