In this paper, based on the experiments and slip-line field theory, the compound flow of metal during combined extrusion process of plane-strain is studied. Six different models of deformation and their slip-line fields are given. Displaed strain regions by the flow lines, network changes and hardness distributions show a good agreement with theoretical analysis.

本文在实验的基础上,应用滑移线场理论对平面应变复合挤压金属的变形规律进行了研究,划分了六种不同类型的变形模式,建立了相应的物理平面上的滑移线场。试样的流线、网格变化及硬度分布所显示的变形区范围和理论分析一致。

Based on experiments and slip-line field theory, the compound flow of metal during plane-strain combined extrusion prccess is further studied. The effect of area reduction and relative height of billet on the models of deformation is discussed. Fundamentals to determine the mcst available slip line field solution in physical plane is given. The formula to determine the location of flow-divide point and metal dealing are given too. Experimental results show a good agreement with the theory.

本文对分水口前水流形态进行了系统的研究,测量了分水口前不同水深处的平面流场,初步给出了分水口前水流的运动形态,并据此提出各水流流态区域的划分,在对分水口前水流场做概化研究的基础上,建立了分水宽度滑水深变化的估算公式.
