The results indicated that pepper was sensible to copper, when the plants were cultivated in soils which were contaminated with copper from 25-200 mg . kg-1, the yields and biomass became less than those of the control. The assimilated coppers were mainly accumulated in roots, and the order of accumulated copper contents in different organs was: root>leaf>fruit>stem and shoot. Under copper contamination condition, the production rates of O2 increased, the content of MDA raised, and the activities of all SOD, POD, CAT increased when the copper concentrations were within certain ranges. With the increase of copper concentration, the activities of the enzymes showed "low-high-low" change tendency. O2, MDA, SOD, POD. CAT of pepper leaves could act as the indication of soil copper pollution.

以辣椒(苏椒5号)为试材,研究不同浓度铜污染条件下辣椒的产量和各器官中铜累积规律的变化,以及铜对叶片超氧阴离子自由基(O2)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和膜保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性的影响。结果表明,辣椒对铜较为敏感,在25~200 mg·kg-1的Cu污染条件下,干物重和产量均低于对照;在铜污染条件下,根是铜累积的主要部位,铜在辣椒体内的累积分布趋势为:根>叶>果实>茎;铜污染使辣椒叶片O2的产生速率加快.MDA含量升高,SOD、POD、CAT在一定胁迫范围内活性增强,总体上随污染浓度的增加表现出“低—高—低”的变化趋势。初步认为,辣椒叶片O2、MDA、SOD、POD、CAT的含量变化可作为生产上铜污染的预警指标。
