The characteristics and seasonal variation of all the solar radiation components are analysed by using the observational data of radiation balance in Nagqu from August 1S82 to July 1983. Some important facts of the variation of the radiation components and their climatological characteristics are also given. Finally, the conditions of heat source and heat sink on the surface of this region are discussed.

本文利用1982年8月至1983年7月在那曲进行辐射平衡观测所获得的周年资料,详细地分析了本区各个辐射分量的特征及其季节变化情况,给出了各辐射分量变化的某些重要事实和它们的气候学特征,最后还讨论了本区地表面的冷热源状况。

In this paper, the climatological characteristics each component of the terrestrial radiation balance and the correlations between the radiation component and other meteorological elements at Lhasa station in the period of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau experiment (1982-1983) are analysed.

本文分析了1982年8月—1983年7月青藏高原热源考察期间拉萨站地面辐射平衡各分量的气候学特征及其与各气象要素的关系。拉萨地区垂直于光线面上太阳直接辐射年总量为180.67千卡/厘米~2·年。太阳辐射在大气中的削弱,冬季以分子散射和臭氧吸收为主,其它季节以气溶胶削弱作用为主。散射辐射与白天总云量相关较好,年总量为57.90千卡/厘米~2·年。总辐射年总量为175.47千卡/厘米~2·年,其中水平面上太阳直接辐射占67.0%。年平均地表反射率为22%。有效辐射年总量为74.22千卡/厘米~2·年。辐射平衡年总量为62.34千卡/厘米~2·年,各月总量均为正值,且季节变化明显,各旬正、负累积量之比的季节变化与高原地区环流系统的季节性变化有关。

The present paper describes a caculated method of model typhoons set up by frequent analyses of climatological characteristics of typhoon,The main climatolo-gical characteristics of typhoon include the central pressure (as an index of the overall intensity), Radius of maximum winds (as an index of the size or lateral extent), track and velocity of moving and landfall point of typhoon.Based on the frequent analyses the all possible typhoons which can be expected in future are obtained, and these are the so called model typhoons.Every model typhoon has its certain intensity, size, track, moving velocity and its certain frequency either,so it can be used for calculating the heavy rain, strong wind bigest wave and strom surge generated by typhoons with different return periods as a design criterion.

本文提出了一种依据历史上出现的各次台风记录,选其主要气候特征(即台风强度、尺度、登陆位置、移行方向及速度等)进行概率分析,从而得出包括未来可能出现的各种不同特征的台风模型,即模拟台风的方法。 模拟台风不仅具有其特定的强度、尺度、移行路径和速度的组合,而且具有一定的出现频率或重现期,因此可以直接用于台风带来的暴雨、狂风、巨浪和风暴潮位的推算。选取不同重现期的模拟台风后,可以得到不同重现期的设计风速、设计波高和风暴增水值。
