The communication resource management system is important to improve the self manage capability and the competition of power telecommunication system. The vector graph system is recommended for the communication resource management system. A complete communication resource management system for power telecommunication should have these management function, such as site and device management, cable corridor management, fiber cable management, cable management, transport network management and access network management. In addition, the key problem of implementation of communication resource management system is mentioned and the collection and import of resource information is emphasized in this paper.
