Abstract An essential function of government is to suPPly public goods. Objectively, there is an appropriate scale on which to prepuce public goods. In the light of the specific conditions in China,the resources which are put into public goods supply at government' s direct disposal should not be too much,the reasonable amount of which is government revenue acouhting for 20% of the GDP. In order to increase public goods supply. it should to do best to optimize the expenditure structure of the resources....

本文论述了地热水开发利用及地热尾水排放过程中对环境造成的氟污染问题。实验结果表明:国内许多地热井点地热水中氟含量偏高,一般在0.5-17mg/l之间,最高可达40mg/l(国家饮水水质氟含量标准为1.0mg/l);利用地热水养鱼,当地热水中氟含量高于1.0mg/l时,鱼体内氟化物含量高于2.0mg/kg,超过了国家食品卫生标准的要求;地热水灌溉能引起土壤氟含量增高,但高氟土壤对农作物品质影响不明显。

Although ferric chloride solution has been widely used as an etchant in electronic industry and etc., but the treatment of the waste solution still remains unresolved. Although ferric chloride solution has been widely used as an etchant in electronic industry and etc., but the treatment of the waste solution still remains unresolved. Because of high acidity and containing value metals the direct disposal of the solution is unreasonable. The present work deals with the preparation of iron oxide with high additional value by a hydrometallurgical process from a waste solution containing chloride of nickel and iron. The influence of neutralizing reagent, its adding rate, precipitation temperature and washing on the oxidation of ferrous ions, the crystal type of FeOOH as well as the quality of final product was investigated respectively. High quality pigment iron oxides were obtained. A flow sheet for treating the waste solution was proposed. The consumption of compressed air and washing water were determined based on the results of the enlarged scale experiments.

针对含氯化铁废腐蚀液的高值化利用和无害化排放问题,开展了用湿法冶金方法制取氧化铁系产品的应用研究.考察了中和剂种类、加入速度、反应温度及洗涤水用量对Fe2+氧化、铁黄FeOOH晶型及产品铁黄和铁红纯度的影响.通过扩大实验估算了该工艺压缩空气和洗涤水用量,提出了处理该类含铁废液的原则流程.
