It is shown that the catalytic activity of catalyst system containing VO (acac)2 is higher than that of V (acac)3. The suitable conditions for preparing PA film: molar ratio Al/V of 4-6; concentration of vanadium compounds >0.4 mole/1. When tetrahydrofuran and n-butyl ether were used as polymerization solvent, PA power was formed. The cis content of PA film depends upon the polymerization temperature, but is not higher than 70%.The room temperature conductivity of the PA film doped with I, is in the range of 10-102Ω-1·cm-1, similar to that prepared with Ti(OBu)4-AlR3. The conductivity of PA film obtained with catalyst system composed of V4+ was higher than that of V3+ catalyst. The observation by a scanning electron microscope showed that the film is composed of an accumlation of fibrils with diameter of 1000 A. The bulk density is about 0.8g/cm3.

The effects of three types of solvents , toluene , cyclohexane and extracted oil , on the copolymerization of butadiene (Bd) and styrene (St) were studied , using Co(naph)2-Al2Et3Cl3 as catalyst .It was found that when cyclohexane or extracted oil was used alone for preparing aged catalyst solution and as polymerization solvent , no polymer was formed . When a small amount of toluene was used for preparing aged catalyst solution , then cyclohexane or extracted oil was used as polymerization solvent , low catalyst activity was obtained . Only when toluene was used for both preparing aged catalyst solution and as polymerization solvent ,high catalyst activity could be obtained .The copolymers composition was determined under the conditions of Bd St (molar ratio) < 1, and copolymer yield < 10% . The reactivity ratios of Bd and St at 20°C were determined by YBR method , being 6.13 and 0.13 , respectively .

以Co(naph)_2-Al_2Et_3Cl_3为催化剂,研究了丁二烯-苯乙烯(Bd-St)共聚合中三种聚合溶剂的影响。实验发现,单用环己烷和抽余油配制陈化液并作聚合溶剂,先聚合物形成;如以少量甲苯配制陈化液,再以环己烷或抽余油作聚合溶剂,催化活性不高;只有当陈化和聚合均在甲苯中进行时,催化剂才能获得高活性。实验还测定了Bd/St(mol比)<1、聚合物收率<10%时共聚物的组成,用YBR法求得20℃时Bd和St的竞聚率分别为6.13和0.13。
