The effects of dynamic crane load on the redistribution of moment and deformation of steel gabled portal frames with I-section members are studied in this p-aper.Both the simple plastic theory and the second order elasto-plastic analysis are used in the theorectical analysis.Tnree frames are tested in tne laboratory,the one is tested under static load,the other is under static repeated loading,and the third is subjected to a dynamic repeated load with 4 million cycles under working conditions.It is shown that there is no obvious effect on the redistribution of moment and the formation of plastic hinges in tested frame under dynamic working load,even a plastic hinge rotation has been happened during the test.It is also shown that the strains and 'deflections under dynamic loading remain stable during the test,and so we may say the tested frame designed by plastic metheod has enough factor of safety and rigidity.A study is provided here for the application of plastic design to the industry building frame with medium or light crane loading.

本文研究悬挂吊车动荷载对焊接工字形等截面山形门式钢刚架塑性内力重分布和变形的影响。采用简单塑性理论和二阶弹塑性分析的两种方法进行了理论分析,并对三榀刚架进行了静荷载破坏、静荷载反复作用和400万次动荷载试验。研究表明:在使用条件的吊车动荷载作用下,即使在已出观一个塑性铰转动后,对刚架内力重力分布和塑性铰的形成均无明显影响,动应变和动挠度基本稳定,不会影响吊车的正常运行,按塑性设计的刚架,具有足够的安全度和刚度。本研究为在中、轻级工作制的吊车厂房刚架结构中应用塑性设计,提供了研究成果。

The model simulates an intersection of Xidan Subway Station in Beijing which is formed by a construction crossduct with portals. The test shows that it is necessary and feasible to increase the stiffness and load bearing capacity of the structure by biulding up circle reinforcing bar grid in the weak portion of the structure opening. The test results obtained provide important information for the design and construction of the said metro station.

本文介绍北京地铁西单车站一号施工横通道,与正洞导坑交接处开口段结构静载模型试验情况。试验表明,在开口的薄弱部位,设置钢筋格栅环框来提高结构的刚度是可行和必要的;设置二道内衬结构安全、合理,而设置三道内衬结构则更为安全可靠。试验结果为该地铁车站合理设计和施工提供重要资料。本文还介绍了拱形洞室结构混凝土衬砌和钢筋格栅的模拟试验过程和方法。
