More and more monographs and publications about network education have appeared in these years. The current study of network-based higher education consists of three levels: 1, the macro level, it focuses on the diffusion of the internet on the campus instruction; 2, the mezzo level, it focuses on the emergence of new pedagogies and learning paradigms in the courses that integrate the Web into traditional instruction; 3, the micro level, it concerns the actual usage of the ICT in the specialized courses.
